Tier 1 Fiber Certification for Single-Mode Networks
The WireXpert MP FS fiber certification tester is a cost-effective Tier 1 solution for single-mode fiber optic testing (1310/1550 nm).
The WireXpert MP platform includes features designed to improve efficiency and simplify workflows, including:
• Integrated project management
• Onboard PDF reporting
• Barcode scanning with the LinkTrack™ mechanism and built-in DocuCam™
• Optional label printing
When connections fail, the system translates complex measurement data into clear, actionable results, helping users quickly identify and resolve issues.
The devices are ergonomically optimized and feature dual AUTOTEST buttons for left- and right-handed operation. The advanced Dual Control System DCS+™ provides an intuitive user interface, while FlipTags™ allow the unit to function as either local or remote, increasing flexibility during testing.
An optional video microscope enables inspection and evaluation of connector end faces.
For FTTx applications, the integrated broadband power meter allows accurate measurement of received optical power.
The WireXpert MP FS can be expanded with:
• EF-compliant multimode modules
• Copper certification modules up to Cat 8 and beyond
