RMA requests

Please fill out this form for all returns or complaints and send it to us. The form you have completed will be processed automatically. The automatically generated RMA return document including the RMA reference number will be sent directly by e-mail to you and (if the e-mail address is entered in the form) to your dealer for information about the initiated service order. Please print out the RMA document and enclose it as a cover letter with your return shipment.

Please note that we can only process your repairs/calibrations via the specialist dealer responsible for you. If not specified, this will be determined by checking the serial number and the processed delivery order. If you would like to be serviced via a preferred specialist dealer, please list this on the RMA form.
