XpertCare
Owning advanced cable certification equipment requires maintenance, care, and support. If you are an extensive user and if downtime can put projects at risk, Softing offers the XpertCare support program for your WireXpert 4500 and FiberXpert OTDR 5000.
XpertCare is a program that protects your investment beyond the standard warranty, and is a key element to in keeping your projects running when the unexpected occurs.
How does it work?
XpertCare-3 is valid for 3 years and can be purchased with a new WireXpert. Register your product online. During any time of the tenure of the program, you can contact us or your local distributor with your registered product to enjoy XpertCare benefits.
Our standard warranty included with the purchase of WireXpert and FiberXpert:
- 1 Year of warranty period
- Parts and labor service for manufacturing defects only
- Accidental damage not covered
Coverage for XpertCare-3: (on new purchase)
- Additional 2 years of warranty period
- 2 calibrations
- Replacement of batteries
- Replacement of Channel and Permanent Link adapters and link cords, once per year, even for accidental damage
- Loaner unit provided if servicing takes more than 24 hours
- Loaner unit provided during calibration if scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance
